Andrew Gust

Andrew Gust is a partner with Eder Sturm Eder – joining our firm after spending the first portion of his career defending individuals and businesses on behalf of insurance companies in personal injury lawsuits. Dissatisfied with the nature of insurance defense work, Andrew made the change to help people navigate the complex process of pursuing their legal claims against these same insurance companies. Andrew is uniquely positioned to help you obtain the resources you need to help you heal from your injuries.

Andrew’s background and experience make him keenly aware of what insurance adjusters and their employers are looking for to support your claim. In addition, Andrew has extensive experience litigating cases across Oregon and Washington in their state and federal courts. He possesses the complete toolset to press your claim and work toward the outcome that you deserve.

Andrew was born and raised in Portland. When he’s not working, Andrew enjoys spending time with his wife and their daughter, cheering on the Blazers and Ducks and participating in his local dog rescue.
